- New Business Development to add new MNC Clients for IT Contract Staffing & Corporate training
- Market Research to map clients from diff. industry vertical
- Use Sales Navigator, CRM for Lead generation
- Achieve monthly targets
- Delivery & Client Management in SAP Contract Staffing to achieve set revenue targets
- Hiring, Leading & Mentoring Recruitment team of 5+ expert resources
Candidate's Profile:
- Graduate with 5+ years experience in Business Development, New Client Acquisition across different verticals
- Female professionals who want to return back post sabbatical & veterans preferred
- Proven Track record of adding MNC clients for IT Services, IT Contract staffing
- Should have 1+ year in leading team & managing client delivery
- Should have SAP/IT Staffing background with deep understanding latest skills
- Must have entrepreneurship spirit with long-term commitment
- Best level of IQ, Maturity
- Think Big Approach with Optimism & Positivity
- Vision to Grow Big with Global Focus
- Ready to full-time work from home on fix+ performance linked Larger revenue share
- Strong academics records are must
- Shall not be working full-time
