Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership:Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of insurance agents, setting performance standards and providing ongoing coaching. - Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales plans, set targets, and drive strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals for various insurance products (life, health, P&C). - Performance Management:Monitor sales performance, analyze data to identify trends, and report results to senior management. - Client & Stakeholder Relations:Cultivate strong relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams (like marketing). - Compliance & Regulation:Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance laws, regulations, and company policies. - Market Analysis:Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. - Problem Resolution:Address escalated customer complaints and agent issues. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in insurance sales and team leadership. - Strong understanding of insurance products and the industry. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy development. - Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office. - Bachelor's degree (often in Business/Finance).
