**Job Summary**:
The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets for residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The role involves direct client interaction, site visits, and follow-up to ensure successful deal closures and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calling, site visits, referrals, digital inquiries, etc.)
- Present project details and features effectively to potential buyers.
- Conduct site visits with clients and explain project layouts, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication and closure of sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and transactions in CRM or designated software.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for promotional activities and client engagement.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate direct sales (residential or commercial or Open Plots).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Pleasant personality with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

**Salary Structure (Suggested)**:

- **Fixed Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 (based on experience and capability)
- **Incentives**: Attractive performance-based incentives.
