Job Description Job Title: State Head - LAP (Nagpur) Brief Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the State Head for our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Nagpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our LAP business operations throughout the state, driving growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Job Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve LAP business targets in the state - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, channel partners, and regulatory bodies - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines - Manage and motivate a team of LAP professionals to achieve individual and team goals - Analyze and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency - Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions and gather feedback from clients and team members - Identify and mitigate risks associated with LAP business operations - Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role - In-depth knowledge of LAP products, processes, and regulatory requirements - Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property valuation - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving growth - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office and relevant financial software - Willingness to travel within the state as required Any Graduates
