We're looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our dynamic work environment where fun meets results The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will identify, attract, assess and present candidates for high volume and critical roles who have been developed through various sources including networks, LinkedIn, Indeed, Company websites and other talent recruitment channels. What You'll Do - Support the Talent Acquisition Team through maintaining candidates from various sources - Sourcing and conducting initial phone screen with candidates, including review of video interviews - Coordinate schedule with candidate and interviewers, creating calendars, sending interview confirmations, monitoring emails, and reconciling interview cancellations. - Manage Social Media communications through ongoing participation within different social media pages and/or groups to engage with potential candidates - Assist in the engagement of our Community Partners and ensure participation in different events managed and in alliance with them - Execute employer-branding activities, including but not limited to social media engagement, hiring events, and career information sessions. - Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists by managing all incoming emails through our career inbox and incoming calls through our general phone lines - Assist in coordinating various Company programs (i.e. referral programs) - Special projects, as assigned - Champion company core values and other company programs - Other duties as assigned Education High School Diploma or Equivalent College Diploma or equivalent in the Human Resource field, preferred Experience Minimum 6 months BGO experience in an administrative role, or equivalent work experience outside of the Company Previous Recruitment And/or Administrative Experience, Preferred Certificates, Licenses, & Registration There are no personal certification, licensing, or registration requirements for this job Reports to: Team Leader, Talent Acquisition What We're Looking For INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES All Information security responsibilities can be located in The Book of Bill (Global) and The Book of Bill (Global) French.
