Job Description We are hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist Dwarka Mod, New Delhi Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Dwarka Mod, New Delhi Working Days: MondaySaturday Timings: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM Role Overview Hire top talent for a fast-growing, tech-driven organisation Handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing & onboarding Key Responsibilities Recruit for technical & non-technical roles (GIS, UAV, Survey, Field, Corporate) Source through portals, social media, referrals & networks Coordinate with HODs for JD creation & hiring needs Screen, interview & evaluate candidates Maintain ATS, dashboards & recruitment records Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's in HR/Business/Admin 24 yrs in recruitment (tech/engineering/infrastructure preferred) Strong knowledge of sourcing & recruitment lifecycle Hands-on with ATS, job portals & LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to multitask & work independently Industries GIS & Geospatial Remote Sensing Drone/UAV Technology Infrastructure & Engineering Land Surveying Mapping & Data Analytics Preferred Experience hiring for GIS, UAV pilots, survey engineers, project managers.
