We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across multiple functions and help build high- performing teams. Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to offer closure. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. - Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and networking. - Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates. - Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication. - Track hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio). - Drive candidate engagement to ensure smooth experience. - Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives. What We're Looking For - Education: Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR preferred). - 12 years of recruitment/HR experience, preferably in startups/EdTech/consumer tech in sales hiring. - Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. - Good knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work with speed and ownership in a high-growth environment.
