Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Business Development Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves generating new leads, Cold calling, delivering sales presentations, and driving sales growth for the company focused on International Market ( Middle East, North America & Europe).

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development roles within the IT services industry, with a focus on custom software solutions, staffing, and data analytics.

- Proven experience in staff augmentation and workforce management solutions.

- Strong understanding of the Middle East and European markets.

- Excellent negotiation, and communication skills.

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Must have relevant experience:

- Worked in IT service Company
- Experience in Custom Development Sales
- IT Staffing Sales ( onsite/offsite)
- Previous Exposure to international Sales

Qualifications

- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Sales Presentations and Account Management skills
- Experience in sales and business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
