About Us: We are a health-focused meal preparation and delivery company dedicated to providing scientifically designed, portion-controlled, and nutritionally balanced meals. Our mission is to make healthy eating convenient, delicious, and personalized for every individual based on their fitness and health goals. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chef with experience in healthy meal preparation to lead kitchen operations. The Chef will be responsible for preparing nutritionally balanced dishes as per the dietician’s meal plans, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation, and ensuring all food safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, cook, and portion meals according to customized diet plans provided by the nutrition team. • Collaborate closely with the dietician to ensure nutritional accuracy in every meal. • Supervise kitchen staff and oversee daily operations to ensure timely delivery of meals. • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols (FSSAI compliance). • Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure cost-effective procurement. • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of meals. • Innovate and contribute new healthy recipes within calorie and macronutrient limits. • Label each meal package accurately with nutritional value, subscriber name, and barcode. • Coordinate with management to track daily output, minimize wastage, and optimize workflow. Qualifications & Skills: • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (preferred). • Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in a commercial kitchen, health café, or diet-based meal service. • Strong knowledge of portion control, calorie-based cooking, and modern healthy cooking techniques (e.g., steaming, air frying, low-oil cooking). • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently. • Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (FSSAI or equivalent) is desirable. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and role (Fixed 35-40k/ month + Performance-Based).
