Location Ram Nagar Company Weatherblazer India Pvt Ltd Experience 1-3 years in B2B or field sales construction or related industry preferred Qualification Graduate MBA in Marketing or Business preferred Salary 15 000 - 20 000 Incentives Travel Allowance Job Summary The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth The role requires a proactive result-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills Key Roles Responsibilities Lead Generation Prospecting o Research and identify potential clients partners and business opportunities o Generate leads through cold calling networking social media and referrals Client Acquisition Relationship Management o Approach prospective clients present company products services and convert leads into customers o Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships Sales Revenue Growth o Achieve monthly quarterly sales targets o Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and quotations o Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits Market Research Strategy o Monitor industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences o Provide feedback to management on product service improvements Reporting Documentation o Maintain records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline status in CRM o Submit regular progress reports to management Key Skills Competencies Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills Good negotiation and persuasion abilities Self-motivated target-driven and result-oriented Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and digital platforms Job Type Full-time
