Job Title: IT Services Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic IT Services Sales Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in the IT services industry, specializing in converting leads into successful custom development projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in generating and nurturing leads, excellent technical presentation skills, and exceptional confidence in closing deals. This role focuses on selling custom web development and mobile applications solutions to clients across the USA, Canada, India, and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

- Proactively generate, qualify, and convert leads into new business opportunities.

- Develop and implement strategic outreach initiatives (cold calling, email campaigns, social media engagement, etc.) to target potential clients.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

- Independently manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers across various geographies.

- Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Technical Presentations & Consultations:

- Deliver engaging, technical presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and propose customized development solutions.

Market Research & Strategy:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in web and mobile development.

- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with market opportunities and company goals.

Reporting & CRM Management:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions in CRM systems.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

- 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the IT services or custom software development industry.

- Demonstrated success in converting leads into deals, particularly in web development and mobile applications projects.

Technical & Presentation Skills:

- Strong technical acumen to understand and present IT solutions effectively.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.

Client Management:

- Exceptional ability to work independently and manage client relationships across multiple regions, including the USA, Canada, and India.

- Demonstrated confidence and expertise in negotiations and closing deals.

Business Development:

- Proficiency in lead generation strategies and follow-up processes.

- Experience in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.

Interpersonal Skills:

- High level of self-motivation, drive, and a competitive mindset.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Familiarity with global market dynamics and experience working with international clients.

- Prior exposure to project management or a technical role within the IT industry is an added advantage.
