As a Performance Marketing Executive you will be responsible for developing implementing and managing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels Your goal will be to optimize advertising spend drive conversions and achieve business objectives while maintaining a high return on investment ROI Key Responsibilities Campaign Development and Management Plan create and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads Facebook Ads and other paid media platforms Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to reach the most relevant customer base Performance Analysis Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics CPC CTR ROI CPA etc and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness Use data analytics tools e g Google Analytics Facebook Analytics to track conversion rates and user behavior Budget Management Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI while staying within budget constraints Conduct A B testing on ad creatives landing pages and targeting strategies to optimize performance Collaboration Work closely with the content SEO and design teams to develop high-quality ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives Reporting and Insights Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for stakeholders highlighting key metrics trends and areas for improvement Stay updated with industry trends platform updates and emerging technologies in digital marketing Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for growth and optimization in existing campaigns and explore new performance marketing channels Participate in ongoing learning and professional development to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field Proven experience in performance marketing digital marketing or a related role Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms Google Ads Facebook Ads etc and analytics tools Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning A collaborative and creative work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Udaipur Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
