Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in India. The HR Assistant will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and record management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the HR field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with personal, employment, and status changes.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Help organize and facilitate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Assist in payroll processing by providing necessary documentation and information to the finance team.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
