Job Title: HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation.
- Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, etc.).
- Handle employee relations, addressing issues and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and assist with employee separations.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in similar roles.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
