We are looking for a Quantitative Developer who is passionate about coding, problem-solving, and the exciting world of finance. This role offers an opportunity to innovate, build, and scale algorithmic strategies while working with a collaborative, high-performance team. Key Responsibilities - Build and refine low/medium-latency strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the markets. - Design, develop, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies with a focus on performance and scalability. - Develop systems for efficient access to historical market data and trading simulations. - Build risk management and performance-tracking tools. - Stay updated on state-of-the-art technologies in high-performance computing and trading systems. - Work independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple priorities. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Quantitative Developer in the algorithmic/proprietary trading industry. - Proficiency in C++, Python, or Java. Preferred Skills - Understanding of Indian markets, derivatives, and trading mechanics. - Experience with Linux/Unix systems, low-latency trading systems, and performance optimization. - Exposure to machine learning, statistical modelling, and data analysis. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. - Willingness to take ownership of both critical and routine tasks.
