This role offers an opportunity to innovate, build, and scale algorithmic strategies while working with a collaborative, high-performance team.Key Responsibilities :- Build and refine low/medium-latency strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the markets.- Design, develop, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies with a focus on performance and scalability.- Develop systems for efficient access to historical market data and trading simulations.- Build risk management and performance-tracking tools.- Stay updated on state-of-the-art technologies in high-performance computing and trading systems.- Work independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple priorities.Qualifications & Experience :- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Quantitative Developer in the algorithmic/proprietary trading industry.- Proficiency in C++, Python, or Java.Preferred Skills :- Understanding of Indian markets, derivatives, and trading mechanics.- Experience with Linux/Unix systems, low-latency trading systems, and performance optimization.- Exposure to machine learning, statistical modelling, and data analysis.- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.- Willingness to take ownership of both critical and routine tasks.
