Stokhos Research Capital, a leading proprietary trading firm, is on the lookout for passionate Quantitative Developers to join our high-performance team at our Noida office.

Your Role:

As a Quantitative Developer, you'll be responsible for building, refining, and scaling algorithmic trading strategies with a focus on performance and efficiency. You'll design systems for accessing historical market data, run simulations, and develop robust risk management and performance-tracking tools. This role is ideal for self-driven problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

* Minimum 2 years experience in algorithmic/proprietary trading development (Similar Industry)

* Proficiency in C++, Python, or Java

* Strong understanding of Indian markets, derivatives, and trading mechanics

* Experience with Linux/Unix systems, low-latency systems, and performance optimization

* Knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis is a plus

* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication

Location:

Onsite – Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Shift: 10 AM – 6 PM
