We are looking for a Quantitative Developer who is passionate about coding, problem-solving, and the exciting world of finance. This role offers an opportunity to innovate, build, and scale algorithmic strategies while working with a collaborative, high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and refine low/medium-latency strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the markets.
  • Design, develop, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Develop systems for efficient access to historical market data and trading simulations.
  • Build risk management and performance-tracking tools.
  • Stay updated on state-of-the-art technologies in high-performance computing and trading systems.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Quantitative Developer in the algorithmic/proprietary trading industry.
  • Proficiency in C++, Python, or Java.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of Indian markets, derivatives, and trading mechanics.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix systems, low-latency trading systems, and performance optimization.
  • Exposure to machine learning, statistical modelling, and data analysis.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Willingness to take ownership of both critical and routine tasks.
