Your Profile

- Design & Implement AIOps Solutions: For RFPs and existing infrastructure.
- Data Analysis: Identify patterns, anomalies; build predictive models.
- Event Correlation & Anomaly Detection: Link related events; detect unusual patterns.
- Self-Healing Mechanisms: Automate resolution of common IT issues.
- Collaboration: Work with IT, DevOps, and engineering teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on AIOps trends; refine solutions

Your Role

- IT Ops (monitoring, incident mgmt., automation)
- Programming (Python, Java, R)
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- AIOps tools (Splunk ITSI, Moogsoft, BigPanda, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic)
- AI/ML model development
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration
