Job Description
Responsibilities
General Administration:
- Oversee daily administrative operations across the organization.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to administrative functions.
Facility Management:
- Supervise maintenance of office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC, and facility upgrades.
- Ensure safety, security, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Manage space planning and office layout optimization.
Housekeeping:
- Lead and monitor housekeeping staff and services.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises, restrooms, and common areas.
- Implement SOPs for cleaning schedules and quality checks.
- Handle procurement and inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
Food & Beverage (F&B):
- Oversee pantry operations and cafeteria services.
- Coordinate with caterers and vendors for food quality, hygiene, and timely service.
- Manage F&B budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Conduct periodic audits of pantry and kitchen areas.
Qualifications
Experience: - 10+ Years
