Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in South Delhi. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and leading a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include planning and executing travel itineraries, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Deputy Manager will also be involved in market analysis, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing overall customer experience. Qualifications - Team management and leadership skills - Experience in travel itinerary planning and execution - Exceptional customer service skills - Budget management and financial planning skills - Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance - Market analysis and marketing strategy development skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work on-site in South Delhi - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field - Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus Note- Min 6+ Years of Leisure Travel experience with excellent Destination knowledge is preferred
