The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the education and e-commerce industries. Key Responsibilities - Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. - Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to maximize ROI. - Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and landing page optimization. - Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. - Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape, particularly within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. - Implement retargeting strategies to engage potential customers and improve conversion rates. - Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals while minimizing spend wastage. Requirements - Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. - Industry Knowledge: - Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager. - Expertise in audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization. - Technical Skills: Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and dynamic & UGC ad creation. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications - Certification in Google Ads. - Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Spyfu or similar marketing tools. - Understanding of landing page optimization and UX principles.
