Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Meta Performance Marketer, located on-site in Faridabad. The Meta Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Meta platforms to drive user acquisition and engagement. The role involves analyzing performance data, conducting A/B tests, and deploying ad strategies. This individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Meta advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads
  • Strong analytical skills for performance data analysis and campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization
  • Skills in budget management and bid strategy implementations
  • Ability to create engaging ad creatives and copywriting
  • Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and align marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in health tech or women's health is a plus
