Job Summary:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Creative, and Analytics, to drive growth and increase revenue. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Social Media, Display, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop compelling ad creative that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay up-to-date on the latest performance marketing techniques.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including media agencies and technology providers.
- Work with the Analytics team to track and report on campaign performance metrics, including traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and recommend changes to improve performance.
