Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SAAS Application Access Manager to oversee and manage user access and change management to our critical business applications. This role requires a good understanding of user access management processes, and the ability to maintain security and compliance while ensuring the seamless operation of the applications.

Key Responsibilities:

User Access Management:

- Manage user accounts and permissions within SAAS applications.
- Create, modify, and deactivate user access based on roles, responsibilities, and business needs.
- Ensure appropriate levels of access control, granting only necessary permissions to ensure security and compliance.

Account Security & Compliance:

- Monitor user activity and implement access audits to ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
- Work closely with the IT and security teams to enforce access protocols and safeguard sensitive information.
- Stay updated on security best practices related to SAAS platforms and recommend improvements.

Application Configuration & Integration:

- Assist in configuring and customizing applications to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other internal systems and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any access-related issues that arise within the applications.

Training & Support:

- Offer ongoing support and guidance to end-users regarding application functionality, troubleshooting, and access issues.
- Maintain user documentation and internal knowledge base.

Monitoring & Reporting:

- Regularly monitor access logs, usage patterns, and potential security risks across applications.
- Generate periodic reports on user access, system activity, and compliance with security protocols for management review.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

- Liaise with department heads and team leads to understand access requirements and adjust permissions as necessary.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a consistent approach to user access management across all platforms

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
- Proven experience managing access to SAAS platforms, particularly Zoho CRM, DocuSign, and other enterprise tools.
- Familiarity with user access controls, permissions, and security best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with audit trails, compliance, and maintaining data security within cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles.
