Position Title: Commercial Manager

Reports To: Finance Director

Qualifications

- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably from the advertising / media industry

- Exposure to legal / commercial drafting will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Finance Operations

- Oversee end-to-end finance operations of Leo Burnett Mumbai with a focus on the revenue cycle.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the Mumbai office.
- Monitor and track budgets, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.

- Financial Reporting & Closing

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) reports.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.

- MIS, Audit & Compliance

- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS for management decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) and ensure smooth audit closures.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements and internal controls.

- Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and group stakeholders for finance-related matters.
- Provide financial insights and commercial support to leadership for strategic decisions.

- Other Responsibilities

- Handle any additional assignments or special projects as directed by senior management.
