About Our Client Our client is a leading provider of sales distribution and service for Uninterruptible Power Supplies UPS and batteries They are a well-established company with a strong market presence and a commitment to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our client s team in Bangalore The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business This role requires excellent communication skills a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of sales processes Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of existing clients acting as their primary point of contact - Understand clients business needs and provide appropriate solutions and support - Proactively generate orders and drive repeat business from existing accounts - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Coordinate with internal teams e g sales operations technical support to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Prepare regular reports on account performance - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Qualifications - 1-2 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role - Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management - Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Proactive and results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with CRM software - Knowledge of UPS systems and batteries or related technical products Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry - Dynamic and supportive work environment - Opportunities for professional growth and development To Apply - Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their updated resume - Note This is an in-office role based in Bangalore ref updazz com
