Job Description L2 Support Engineer MSP Experience Preferred Location:Infopark, Kochi Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred We're looking for an experienced Level 2 Support Engineerto join our growing IT support team at Infopark, Kochi. You'll get to work on exciting and challenging projects with Australian clients, providing end-to-end technical support and solutions across diverse IT environments. Key Responsibilities - Manage and support Microsoft 365environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Admin Center). - Handle Veeam Backupconfiguration, troubleshooting, and monitoring. - Provide remote access supportusing tools like TeamViewer. - Monitor and manage systems via BMS (Kaseya)and maintain documentation in IT Glue. - Deliver general server support, including setup, troubleshooting, and Windows Server/Onsite Domain Controllerconfigurations. - Administer and support RDS servers, Gateways, and File Servers. Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support (preferably with an MSP). - Strong understanding of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 administration, and network fundamentals. - Experience with remote monitoring tools(Kaseya preferred) and backup management(Veeam). - Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication skills.
