OverviewAs a Laboratory Operations Technical Specialist you will setup configure and maintain computerized laboratory systems This role involves both creative and analytical skills to solve complex problems as well as good communication skills to work with a global remote customer base and team You will use your expertise in requirements analysis OS and software installation and configuration so that the computerized lab systems meet the needs of business while working within the framework of company policies and local laws You will work with other technical specialists as well as scientists in the laboratories You should be ready to work independently as well as in a team What will you do in this role Configure systems for operational use in the laboratories Support validation activities Provide global technical support using your extensive knowledge on windows configuration networking and general computer setup What should you have Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or any Technology stream 1 years of hands-on experience working with technologies Windows OS Share Drives windows registry windows group policies LDAP networking Excellent English communication skills Familiarity with modern tools e g Tanium Acronis ServiceNow Experience in the pharma industry GxP are beneficial Possesses both theoretical and practical knowledge with the
