Your role: - Lead client relationships with maturity, empathy, and business sense — not just responsiveness. - Work closely with strategy, creative, and media teams to translate marketing objectives into integrated digital campaigns. - Anticipate what clients need (even before they say it). - Mentor the servicing team and help shape a culture of proactive problem-solving. - Drive growth through trust, strategic insight, and tangible outcomes. - You should have: - Minimum 10 years of agency-side experience managing large accounts or brands. - The ability to decode client problems and reframe them into marketing opportunities. - A calm head in chaos, and clarity in the middle of 10 open tabs. - 📍 Location: Ahmedabad (On-site, mandatory) If you believe client servicing is about solutions, not submissions, this role is for you. 📧 Apply at: hr@zerogravitycommunications.com
