INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS *UG -Graduate Fresher - Experienced *Loc : Bellendur * US Shift 5 Days working - 2 Rotational off *Cab facilities available * package: upto 4LPAKey Responsibilities: 1. Call Handling Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients professionally. Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and answer queries efficiently. Maintain high standards of courtesy, clarity, and professionalism on all calls. 2. Customer Support & Query Resolution Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors as needed. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution. 3. Sales & Service Promote company products or services during calls. Convince potential clients to opt for products or services based on their needs. Document lead information and maintain a CRM database. 4. Documentation & Reporting Record call details, resolutions, and client feedback accurately in CRM or internal tools. Generate periodic reports on call volume, customer satisfaction, and issues resolved. 5. Compliance & Process Adherence Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and international communication standards. Maintain confidentiality of client data and sensitive information. Follow scripts and escalation protocols as required.Key Skills & Competencies: 1. Communication Skills Excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, and listening skills. Ability to communicate effectively with international clients. 2. Customer Service Orientation Patience, empathy, and professionalism when handling client queries. Ability to maintain calm and polite behavior under challenging situations. 3. Problem-Solving & Decision Making Analytical thinking to identify the root cause of issues. Provide quick and effective solutions during client interactions. 4. Technical & Digital Skills Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM systems. Ability to navigate support tools, ticketing systems, and internal applications. 5. Adaptability & Multitasking Comfortable working in night shifts or rotational shifts based on international time zones. Ability to manage multiple client queries simultaneously. 6. Cultural Sensitivity Awareness of international clients’ cultural nuances, customs, and communication styles.
