Laundryheap is a leading on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning service operating across multiple international markets We are committed to delivering exceptional service through innovation and seamless customer experiences Our team is dedicated to revolutionising the laundry industry by leveraging technology and strategic partnerships We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team working across all Laundryheaps global markets and based in Bengaluru This role is crucial in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the effective management of paid digital channels with a particular focus on paid social to accelerate our customer acquisition efforts This role requires a data-driven analytical mindset and a hands-on approach to campaign management across multiple international markets Key Responsibilities Execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms to drive user acquisition and revenue growth Oversee the end-to-end management of these campaigns including planning execution optimisation and reporting ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints Develop channel strategies that balance scale efficiency and localisation across diverse international markets and languages Translate performance data into actionable recommendations on creative targeting and messaging Define and implement a structured experimentation roadmap across creative bidding audiences and landing pages Collaborate with designers and content teams to brief review and iterate creative assets that follow best practices for each platform Conduct creative analysis to identify high-performing formats and inform future asset production Feed back performance learnings into wider growth strategies e g LTV models onboarding funnels Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid digital marketing identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement Provide regular reports on campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior management Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field A minimum of 6 years of experience in paid digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple platforms and countries and with a minimum of 4 years paid social campaign management experience Fluent in platform tools and analytics suites e g Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics Looker Data Studio Singular Comfortable building and running a b multivariate and lift tests across ad copy creative audiences placements and landing experiences Able to turn raw data into strategic insights xe2x80x94 from daily channel metrics to broader funnel trends Skilled in briefing and reviewing creative content with a clear understanding of what drives successful results through the funnel Experience localising campaigns for global audiences and optimising creative and messaging for cultural relevance Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines Why Join Us Be part of a forward-thinking company that is transforming the laundry industry through technology and service excellence Engage in meaningful projects with opportunities for professional development and career advancement Work within a supportive and dynamic team that values collaboration and open communication Apply now to join the Laundryheap team in Bengaluru
