The Amazon Ads Manager position is at the core of Metric Theory's award-winning results and industry-leading client retention rates. Our eCommerce Account Managers are experts in Amazon Advertising and Product Listings, responsible for driving KPI improvements and developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to client Amazon goals. This role will give you the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients across multiple industries, ranging from $10k-$500k/month in ad spend. Core responsibilities include Amazon ads management, strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.

Working within our collaborative team format, you will execute work on live efforts under the guidance of seasoned Amazon industry vets and with support from eCommerce team leads. With support of the management team, you are given the autonomy to support the entire lifecycle of the client from on boarding to renewal. You're also encouraged to contribute to new marketplaces like Walmart and Target, write blog posts and help build out additional services for our eCommerce Team.

We are hiring at the Account Manager, and Senior Account Manager level. Title and compensation will be determined based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Build & optimize Amazon ad campaigns for a roster of eCommerce clients
- Define, monitor, and analyze trends across Amazon Ads and total Amazon performance
- Develop digital marketing strategy based on client-specific goals
- Actively test and analyze broad/phrase/exact keywords and ASIN's, advertising copy for Sponsored Brand ads, and positioning to drive results in line with clients' goals
- Partner closely with paid search and paid social team members to report on and recommend cross-channel strategies for shared clients
- Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision makers
- Partner with clients to consult on overall Amazon marketing strategy
- Create quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline Amazon performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
- Follow Amazon industry trends, contribute to our agency blog and help train our campaign management team

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-year (2+ preferred for Account Manager) of experience in Amazon Ads Account Management, including tactical execution
- Expertise in Amazon Amazon Seller Central
- Desire to become a pivotal player in a rapidly growing unit
- Strong communication and social Vendor Central and skills
- Demonstrable work ethic and drive for success
- Prior statistical, analytical, or other digital marketing background a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
