Social Media Nursing Recruiter

Seeking a skilled and passionate professional to recruit nurses using social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating engaging content, building online communities, and tracking performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify nurses as candidates for various healthcare positions.
- Develop and implement effective content strategies to attract potential candidates and promote our brand.
- Manage and grow online nurse communities through group discussions, direct messages, and live sessions.
- Design and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to generate quality leads.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing or travel nurse recruiting is highly desirable.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Cap Cut.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising platforms like Meta Ads Manager.
- Outgoing and empathetic personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
