Success will be measured by 15% MoM follower growth, 10%+ engagement rates, and consistent daily content output.Key Responsibilities :-Content Production (55%)Create 5 high-quality videos weekly (Reels/Shorts, testimonials, event highlights).Publish daily shorts across YouTube & social media.Design 5+ static posts weekly (graphics, carousels, stories).Update weekly Google My Business posts.Growth, Engagement & Ads (30%)Deliver 15% MoM follower growth & 10%+ engagement rates.Share weekly updates (photos, events, announcements).Drive 6+ Google reviews/month per location.Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for reach, lead generation & conversions.Track ad performance and adjust budgets/strategies for maximum ROI.Campaigns & Initiatives (15%)Execute 1+ localized digital campaign/month.Train students to create content via Social Media Clubs.Track and report KPIs with actionable insights.Performance Metrics (KPIs)5 videos/week | Daily shorts | 5+ static posts/week15% follower growth (MoM) | 10%+ engagement rate6+ Google reviews/location/monthDefined ROI & CTR benchmarks from Meta Ads campaignsSkills & QualificationsGraduate (Marketing, Mass Comm., or related field preferred).2+ years in social media marketing with focus on short-form video & paid ads.Hands-on with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro (or similar).Proven track record in achieving 15%+ MoM
