We are seeking a skilled Social Media Strategist to spearhead our brand presence and engage with our online community.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to boost engagement, reach, and brand awareness across multiple platforms.

  • Design and implement content calendars aligned with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and trending topics
  • Manage end-to-end content execution: conceptualize, create, post, caption, hashtag, and engage with audiences
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize virality and student engagement
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights for continuous growth
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in handling social media pages (personal brand, startup, or agency)
  • Strong understanding of student/Gen Z audiences and trending content formats (Reels, Shorts, Memes, Threads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Basic knowledge of design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro) is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to read analytics and adapt strategies
