Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Motion Graphic Designer / Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. This hybrid role blends expertise in motion graphics, eCommerce visuals (especially Amazon A+ content), and social media creatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, trend-aware, and capable of delivering compelling content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Motion & Video Graphics

  • Design engaging motion graphics and animated visuals for social media, brand videos, ads, and product promotions.
  • Edit and enhance video content for storytelling and performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute animation projects from concept to completion.

eCommerce & A+ Content

  • Create high-quality visuals for Amazon A+ content, including infographics, lifestyle shots, and comparison charts.
  • Optimize product visuals for fast web loading and mobile responsiveness.
  • Follow Amazon's design guidelines and ensure alignment with brand identity.

Social Media & Campaign Design

  • Design static posts, carousels, stories, and campaign creatives for various social platforms.
  • Maintain consistent visual branding across all content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.
  • 1–6 years of experience in graphic design, social media creatives, or eCommerce content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing animation, eCommerce visuals, and social media designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. CorelDraw is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

  • Video editing and motion design proficiency.
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels, ad creatives, and performance design.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools and automation platforms.
