Bizz Solutions Private Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our international logistics voice process team The role involves directly interacting with international clients to resolve shipment-related queries and provide real-time logistics support Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers concerning shipment status documentation and delivery updates Deliver accurate clear and timely communication to clients across various global time zones Coordinate with internal departments operations HQ Team IT Team customs to ensure smooth logistics execution Log interactions and maintain updated records in CRM and internal systems Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure proper follow-up until resolution Consistently meet customer service KPIs and SLAs Key Requirements Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an international BPO voice process preferably in logistics or freight forwarding Excellent spoken English with a neutral or global accent Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment Willing to work rotational or night shifts Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any field preference for Logistics Commerce or Business Familiarity with global logistics workflows shipping documentation and Incoterms Experience using logistics CRMs or platforms is a plus CTC Offered Depending on experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Trichy Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Could you please share your current CTC and your salary expectations for this role If you meet the job description please double-check before applying Do you agree How would you rate your communication skills in a professional environment Are you confident in handling international clients and communicating across cultures Do you have any experience working in international logistics Are you open to working in the Singapore shifts Rotational from 6 00 AM to 3 00 PM Experience Customer support 2 years Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
