Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with a passion for clean energy and technology to support the business growth of a leading sustainable energy company in Roorkee The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inside sales operations engaging potential customers building long-term relationships and driving lead conversion for sodium-ion battery solutions This role requires strong communication skills customer empathy and the ability to translate technical product features into compelling value propositions for industrial and B2C B2B customers Key Responsibilities Drive inside sales activities including lead generation qualification and follow-up with prospective customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and support Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to identify potential markets and new opportunities Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations and quotations Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress Support the preparation of sales proposals presentations and contract documentation Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover of client requirements to operations and delivery teams Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree or MBA in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field 2 years of experience in sales preferably in inside sales in industrial tech manufacturing energy battery or related sectors Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail Goal-oriented self-motivated and eager to learn about emerging technologies Passion for clean energy innovation and sustainability Why Should You Apply Be part of a revolutionary startup shaping India s clean energy future Work on cutting-edge sodium-ion battery technology with global market potential Entrepreneurial collaborative and growth-driven work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 800 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Location Roorkee Uttarakhand Required
