The successful candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing outbound calls and emails, and conducting research on potential targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Qualifications: ·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ·Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in an inside sales environment. ·Strong leadership and team management skills. ·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ·Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. ·Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. ·High level of motivation, initiative, and accountability. ·Strong organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities Team Management: ·Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-5 Inside Sales Representatives. ·Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. ·Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies, progress, and areas for improvement. ·Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Sales Strategy and Execution: ·Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed team sales targets. ·Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads. ·Monitor outbound call and email activities, ensuring they are in line with company objectives. ·Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Lead Generation and Outreach: ·Guide the team in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and outreach. ·Oversee the creation and execution of personalized outbound emails and calls. ·Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversion rates. Market Research: ·Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and potential target clients. ·Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. ·Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to improve sales strategies. Reporting and Analysis: ·Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. ·Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance sales processes. ·Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success.
