Job Title Inside Sales Executive Location Jurs country Arya Nagar Haridwar Department Sales Job Type Full-time On-site Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join QHT Clinic at our Noida Sec-63 office The role involves engaging with prospective patients explaining healthcare services generating leads and converting inquiries into appointments or sales The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a patient-centric approach and a target-driven mindset Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries and service promotion Explain QHT Clinic s healthcare services and treatment options clearly and persuasively Convert leads into confirmed appointments and sales Maintain and update patient lead records in the CRM system Follow up with leads to ensure high patient engagement and satisfaction Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions Required Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Ability to handle objections and build trust with patients Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Target-oriented and proactive approach Qualifications Experience Graduate preferred 12th pass may be considered with strong sales skills 0-2 years of experience in inside sales telesales healthcare or service industry preferred Freshers with good communication skills are welcome What We Offer Competitive salary attractive incentives Training and career development opportunities Supportive and patient-focused work culture Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 245 31 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7004912175
