Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can bring the same energy and hustle to building a strong pipeline for our marketing services and client projects. What You'll Do: Prospecting & Lead Generation - Identify and research potential leads for digital marketing services (PPC, SEO) and website design & development projects. - Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other outreach platforms to build a qualified pipeline. Outreach & Engagement - Execute cold outreach campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn) to generate interest and open conversations. - Personalise outreach sequences and messaging to resonate with different industries and business needs. Qualification - Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand client requirements and assess fit. - Nurture early-stage prospects until they're ready for deeper discussions with the sales/management team. Collaboration - Work closely with our marketing team to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies. - Share feedback from prospects to help improve positioning and service offerings. Tracking & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of all outreach and pipeline activities in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). - Provide weekly updates on outreach progress and pipeline health. What We're Looking For: - Strong communication and persuasion skills (written & verbal). - 12 years of experience in sales development/business development (agency or service industry preferred). - Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools (Reply.io, Outreach, Lemlist, etc.). - Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is a brownie point. - Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound prospecting. - - Curious mindset with the ability to understand client pain points in marketing and website projects.
