**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Coordinating the activities of the After Sales Support (Service & Support area) department and an active involvement in the process that determined each member of the team to better understand the values of the company.
- Collect the payments from the customers according to the schedule.
- Weekly reconciliation on collections and generate data.
- Coordinate with sales team and project team to solve the customer complaintsMaintain an updated data of old customers
- Ensure on time recovery from customers by follow ups & meetings
- Payment follow-ups
Working as a team player within the company’s expectations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
