Coordinating the activities of the After Sales Support (Service & Support area) department and an active involvement in the process that determined each member of the team to better understand the values of the company.
- Collect the payments from the customers according to the schedule.
- Weekly reconciliation on collections and generate data.
- Coordinate with sales team and project team to solve the customer complaintsMaintain an updated data of old customers
- Ensure on time recovery from customers by follow ups & meetings
- Payment follow-ups
- Communication must
- Follow up for the orders/leads
- Coordination between clients and sales team
- Enter daily sales volume by the sales team
- Provide account payable details as and when required
- Payment collection
- Escalate any complaints
- Any other tasks assigned by reporting manager
- CRM experience must.
