**Job Summary**:
The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for post sales coordination between clients and different departments right from making orders, arranging transportation, sending dispatch details to taking payment follow up using analytical skills to optimize collection processes.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sending messages to customers for confirmation details such as order receiving, loading date, & order no. etc.
- Arranging con call among various individuals from different departments
- Taking confirmation on loading details from dispatch in charge.
- Coordinating with client and vendor(s) for transportation arrangements.
- Updating loading status to customer on day of loading. Also, sending revised loading date to customer (in case of delay)
- Sending dispatch details to customer (Freight Slip and Material list n summary etc.)
- Sending payment details to all customers
- Taking payment follow up and update data on CRM
- Filling up various google forms that are linked to CRM sheets

**Skills and Attributes**:
1. Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills

2. Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities

3. Analytical Skills, telephonic communication etiquettes

4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

6. High level of integrity and professionalism.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Must be exceptionally good at follow ups

**Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Location**: Delhi, Rajdhani Park

**Age**: Up to 35 Years

**Experience**: 5+ Years in similar or relevant roles

**Distance from Office**:30-40 Minutes

**Office Timings**:10 AM- 6:30 PM/ Mon
- Saturday
