**Job Title**: Executive Secretary to CEO
**Summary**:
Seeking an efficient Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. The role involves managing schedules, handling communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize CEO's schedule and appointments.
- Coordinate and prioritize executive communications.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Make travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and coordinating executive meetings and events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Perform general office management tasks to ensure efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in office software (MS Office, scheduling tools).
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
