We are looking for Front Office Executive & Personal Secretary-Female, who has energetic and passionate about the work on hand/Fresher and has good communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Welcoming visitors by greeting them, answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering and routing incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail and packages and distributing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining the reception area and conference rooms in a clean and organized manner.
- Recording and updating visitor and client information in the database system.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all company and client information.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Managing and organizing meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- preparing formal letters
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and existing & new clients
- Willing to travel and Travel along with CEO
Languages: English, Hindi (Telugu-Optional)
**Required Skills: (Must have)**
- Experience: 0-5 Yrs
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or Equivalent
- Critical thinker and good problem-solver
- Should have Good Communication skills
- Location: Hyderabad
