**Job description**:
You must be a dynamic and thorough professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities. The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.

you will be responsible to manage CEO’s day-today activities and participate in company’s business development programs and increase the output of the business. You will be in an authoritative position to take decisions and advice on the important matters of the company.

You should possess extraordinary leadership skills to manage, communicate and collaborate with the teams of highly professional personnel in AR-VR industry. Your ultimate role will be to run the company through your strategic visions and expertise.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings along with or on behalf of CEO and keep minutes.
- Travel along with CEO or attend on behalf of CEO for the local, national and international meetings.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as personal secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills, Integrity and confidentiality

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Master’s in business administration, Finance, or relevant field. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration will also be considered.
- Proven 2 years of experience working as a Senior Administrative Officer, or a similar role in the Administrative Department.
- Familiar with corporate laws and government policies.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- A problem solver.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
