**Job Summary**:
**As an Associate Product Designer at PyjamaHR, you will**:
1. Unite with cross-functional squads: Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to comprehend project requirements, gather insights, and create strategic design decisions.
- 2. Dive into User Research: Understand our customers better through user research, and use these insights to shape your innovative design solutions.
- 3. Master the Art of Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and striking high-fidelity designs, all adhering to user-centered interface and interaction design principles.
- 4. Bring Designs to Life: Collaborate with engineers to ensure your designs are implemented with precision and efficiency, supplying necessary design assets and guidance.
- 5. Foster Iteration and Feedback: Continuously refine designs based on feedback, user testing, and evolving project requirements.
- 6. Create Design Legacy: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems and guidelines, promoting consistency and scalability.
- 7. Stay on top of the Game: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance your design arsenal.

**You'd be a fantastic fit if you have**:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of product design experience, with a focus on web and mobile-based products.
- 2. Design Excellence: A portfolio showcasing your command over user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- 3. Research Prowess: Experience working with researchers to derive insights and data-driven decisions for design solutions.
- 4. Tech Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma and analytical tools such as Mixpanel, Clarity. Bonus points for knowledge of front-end development languages.
- 5. Communication Wizardry: Stellar communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate design concepts into language everyone can understand.
- 6. Detail-Obsession: An unwavering attention to detail and a passion for delivering pixel-perfect designs.
- 7. B2B SaaS Expertise: Bonus points for experience in designing for B2B SaaS platforms.

**What you'll need**:
1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2. Motivation and Initiative: An intrinsic drive for excellence, ability to take initiative, and knack for working independently as well as within a team.
