As a customer support associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, enhancing customer journey with our product and overall service experience.

Key Responsibilities
- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams**: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to conceptualize and execute product design solutions.
- ** User Experience (UX) Design**: Participate in user research, create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- ** Visual Design**: Contribute to the visual aspects of the product, including layout, color schemes, typography, and overall design aesthetics.
- ** Prototyping**: Build interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas to stakeholders and validate design decisions through user testing.
- ** Design Documentation**: Help create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and other documentation to ensure design consistency across the platform.
- ** Feedback & Iteration**: Actively participate in design critiques, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and functionality.
- ** Stay Current**: Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and SaaS product design best practices to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ** Completed a degree / course** in Product Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields (recent graduates may also apply).
- ** Proficiency in** **Figma**, and other design software.
- ** Understanding of UX/UI principles** and user-centered design processes.
- ** Basic knowledge of prototyping tools** (e.g., InVision, Marvel, etc.) and the ability to create interactive designs.
- ** Strong communication skills** with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to team members.
- ** A keen eye for detail** and a passion for creating visually appealing, functional, and easy-to-use products.
- ** Team player** with the ability to collaborate and contribute in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- ** Portfolio of design work** (school projects, personal projects, or previous internships) demonstrating problem-solving skills and creative design solutions.
